Anonymous asked: did you read "of mice and men", if yes, what did you think?

Yes i read it few years ago, and i really enjoyed it.
Dialogues have such an exceptional strentgh, there’s descriptions burning of incomparable beauty; the narration is really fluid, in a breathtaking language; the subject is cold, hard, and dramaticly human; characters are exceptionaly researched; there’s so many beautiful scenes, and the end of course, which made me cry.

I admire Steinbeck for that, because he showed us in that book, the recklessness, violence, innocence, gullibility, that makes us human.
